Broadacres House
This house was in a Tuscan Style Estate in Broadacres near Fourways, Johannesburg. The Brief was simple, to create a modern Tuscan Home with four Bedrooms, Private Lounge, TV Lounge, Covered Patio, Spacious Garage, Dining Room and roomy Kitchen with Scullery. Space was allowed with the positioning of the Swimming Pool to pop in a Servant's Quarters. The Client was very keen on building a 'green house' so Insulation was installed in the roof, a solar geyser was installed and the windows had low-e glass.
