341 Kyalami Glen - Bali Style House
The Brief was to design a Bali Style house in Kyalami Glen, Midrand. There are 5 ensuite bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, family room, large kitchen & scullery, staff quarters and a large covered veranda overlooking a sparkling pool.
Cape Dutch Guest House
The Brief was to design a modern Cape Dutch style Guest House in a leafy suburb of Johannesburg. It has 8 luxurious suites, conference centre, dining room, library, large swimming pool, a two bedroom cottage and a large covered veranda - perfect for after dinner drinks or lazing away on a sunny afternoon.
The brief was to completely update the existing plans for this heritage building. The owners had done some extensive alterations and renovations, including a new Lounge, Covered Entrance and Bedroom & Bathroom addition. Gingerbread House
The brief was to design a spacious, modern 5-bedroom house in the Crescentwood Estate, Midrand.
This was quite a complicated project, the owner had added on nearly 200m2 without plans. The changes in levels, ceiling heights, lintol heights and unusual shapes made it quite a challenge.
This house was totally gutted, extended and modernised - creating a beautiful family home.

Broadacres House
This house is in a Tuscan Style Estate in Broadacres near Fourways in Johannesburg. The brief was simple to design a 'green house' with four Bedrooms, a spacious Double Garage, Covered Patio, TV Lounge, Private Lounge and a roomy Kitchen with Scullery. A solar Geyser was installed, Insulation was installed in the roof and low-e glass was used in the windows. In addition a solar heating system was put in for the Swimming Pool. The Swimming Pool was placed further away from the house to allow for the future addition of a Servant's Quarters / Guest Room.
