A spacious thatch 4-bedroom home was required, the existing structure had largely rotted away whilst the owners were in Europe and a complete rebuild was required - including two Servants Quarters, Triple Garage, Double Volume Lounge and Dining Room, Pajama Lounge, Covered Veranda and Scullery.
