The brief was to design a Contemporary 3 Bedroom House with Triple Garage, Covered Patio, Staff Quarters, open plan Lounge, Dining Room & Kitchen, Study, TV Lounge, Formal Lounge and Pajama Lounge. Energy Efficient measures were paramount to the Client with insulation in the roof, solar panels, Low E double glazing and energy efficient appliances and lighting throughout.
