Weltevreden Park House
This house was a disjointed melange of two houses joined together with a hallway. There was no Master Bedroom and the open plan Lounge/Dining Room and Kitchen was very small. We decided to extend the house by adding a large airy Lounge leading onto a Covered Patio, create a Master Bedroom by converting a single Garage and adding an En-Suite Bathroom and extend one of the Bedrooms. A new Double Garage and Storeroom is to be added later. Finally the outdated facebrick was plastered and painted and the roof painted to create a stream-lined modern look.
