The Client Brief was quite challenging on this project as there were quite stringent space constraints. The Client wanted a 5 Bedroom house (each with En-suite Bathroom), a spacious Double Garage, Study, two Lounges, a Covered Patio, Kitchen with Scullery, Dining Room and in addition each Bedroom had to have it's own balcony. Despite the House being in an Estate in Honeydew, Johannesburg, the balconies had views of the mountains in the distance.
