Waterfall Country Estate House
The brief was to create a spacious, modern family home. The open plan Living area leads out onto a spacious Covered Patio, overlooking the pool, there is a Triple Garage and Study/Guest Bedroom. In addition there is a Changing Room and Shower for the Pool with a Sauna. Upstairs there is a luxury Master Suite, a Pajama Lounge and two further Ensuite Bedrooms and a Guest Bedroom. This house is under construction. Regular Site Pics and photos of the completed house to follow. The Design Process was quite complicated due to the underlying granite outcrop. This necessitated floating the house above the rock.
